Through the CCCP coach training course, you learn how to apply RWC’s Proven coaching methodology with confidence and precision; generate lasting change, and increase skill retention in your clients and coaches. With RWC’s coach certification you will be able to help your clients and employees find more purpose in their work, identify their true values, create a strategy for success and build momentum around ensuring they succeed in any area of pursuit.
This 56 hour online and virtual certification course can be taken at your own pace; the two days of virtual live zoom training will be scheduled once you have completed the on line portion of training. You will learn all the valuable skills you need to coach employees and clients to greater levels of success in virtually any area of their life, utilizing the proven RWC methodology and tools for growth.
